The Technical Product Packaging Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, optimization, and commercialization of carton box packaging solutions that meet customer requirements, operational efficiency targets, and supply chain expectations. This role oversees a team of packaging engineers and technical specialists while ensuring packaging performance across manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and end-user applications.

What You Will Experience:

1. Lead the design and development of corrugated carton box packaging solutions for various industries.
2. Evaluate customer packaging requirements and translate them into technically feasible and commercially competitive packaging designs.
3. Ensure packaging solutions meet performance, durability, transportation, and regulatory requirements.
4. Drive innovation in packaging materials, structural designs, and sustainability initiatives.
5. Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
6. Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement teams to optimize packaging efficiency throughout the supply chain.
7. Ensure packaging solutions improve warehouse utilization, transportation efficiency, pallet optimization, and product protection.
8. Analyze packaging costs and identify productivity improvement opportunities.
9. Act as the technical advisor for customers regarding carton box specifications, design improvements, and packaging performance.

What is Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or related disciplines.
• Professional certifications in Packaging Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain Management are advantageous.
• Minimum +5 years of experience leading technical, engineering, or product development teams.
• Strong experience in corrugated carton box manufacturing and packaging development.
• Proven experience working within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Packaging Development, or Industrial Packaging environments.
• Experience supporting customer-facing technical projects and commercial teams.
• Knowledge of packaging performance testing and material specifications.
