Overseeing and resolving organizational incidents, whether technical, operational, or related to accidents, to ensure business continuity and minimize impact
Detecting, assessing, and resolving incidents
Managing communication with stakeholders
Conducting thorough investigations to identify the underlying causes of incidents and prevent recurrence
Implementing and refining incident management processes and workflows to increase efficiency and resilience
Qualifications:
Min Bachelor degree from criminal law
Experience around 10 years in a Senior position within Law
Enforcement, Military or Corporate Security
Have certification as auditor for OBVITNAS, ISPS, PERPOL
Certified as trainer for PERPOL /Gada Utama, certified as an investigator
