- Experience super-batch cooking dissolving pulp min 7 years
- Understand process dissolving pulp from wood preparation to pulp dryer
- Understand dissolving pulp process engineering control and parameter cooking, washing and screening and bleaching.
- Understand dissolving pulp environment aspect and impact.
- Back ground Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or any field related. GPA min 3.0/4.0
- Computer skill, MS Office, CAD, MS Project.
- Fluently written and speaking in English
- Strong Leadership decision making, planning and organizing, result orientation, team work, and resilience
