• Understanding about roll out project
• Understanding business transformation & implementation
• Prepare communication strategies and training material
• Support and help stakeholders on the process
• Monitor and evaluate the process
• Explore technology solutions to automate and optimize processes.
• Create any documents / administration needed

What is Required:

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• At least 9 years working experience in related field
• Having capability to manage project and interest to learn something new
• Have experiences roll out project
• Excellent command of English both in spoken and written.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, creative to initiate problem-solving
• Willing to be placed in Serpong
