What You Will Experience:
- Prepare monthly meeting materials: Business review, BU Performances (Sales, financial, cost monitoring, etc)
- Perform performance analysis: A. Sales analysis by market, by product, etc. B. Financial Analysis (actual vs budget, vs last month, vs last year, etc)
- Prepare Budgeting, forecasting and Mid Term Plan: Product/market mix, sales and price simulation to optimize EBITDA
- Strategic Project Management: Feasibility study for new investments, capacity expansions, etc.
- Prepare ad-hoc report to support executives
- Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, Productions, Sales/Marketing, and other related functions to drive strategy to optimize EBITDA
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering growth and collaboration
- Translate business strategies into actionable analysis and requirements
- Oversee the design and implementation of data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on project goals
- Develop and maintain documentation for business requirements and testing protocols
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and data governance standards
What is Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience min. 7 years as a Business/Finance/Data Analyst/Corporate Planner, 3 years in managerial level with core experience in commercial functions.
- Preferable from manufacturing industry, or consulting agency, and experienced working in CEO office/Strategic office
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analysis, expert in Ms. Excel and PowerPoints, including dashboard development.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
- This position will be based in Thamrin office, Central Jakarta.
