Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Relationship Manager located in Pontianak. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting banking products tailored to client needs. The role entails assessing customer creditworthiness, preparing financial proposals, and providing advisory support to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth for both clients and the bank. Regular collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives is also required.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in relationship management, customer engagement, and business development
- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment abilities
- Knowledge of banking products and services, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending or SME banking preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, and strong organizational abilities
- Experience in handling Shipping Clients and Heavy Equipment Financing is a plus
