Experienced Real Estate Agent

Based in Uluwatu, Bali

YOU ARE

• Bali based, Expat living in the Uluwatu area with good area knowledge.

• 2+ years of experience in property sales or a related field.

• Local expertise in the Bali real estate market.

• Fluent in English verbal and written. Other languages are a plus.

• Highly motivated and target oriented.

• Highly organized with strong communication and networking skills.

• Computer savvy.

• Team player.

• Own vehicle motorbike or car + drivers license.

YOUR ROLE

• Represent the company in the target area.

• Monitor the market and network with clients and vendors.

• List new properties in the area.

• Generate leads for buying, selling, and renting.

• Organize property viewings for buyers and renters.

• Counsel clients on market conditions, legalities, and pricing.

• Handle the sales process from negotiation to closing.
