Based in Uluwatu, Bali

YOU ARE

•⁠ ⁠Bali based, Expat living in the Uluwatu area with good area knowledge.

•⁠ ⁠2+ years of experience in property sales or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Local expertise in the Bali real estate market.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English verbal and written. Other languages are a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Highly motivated and target oriented.

•⁠ ⁠Highly organized with strong communication and networking skills.

•⁠ ⁠Computer savvy.

•⁠ ⁠Team player.

•⁠ ⁠Own vehicle motorbike or car.

YOUR ROLE

•⁠ ⁠Represent the company in the target area.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor the market and network with clients and vendors.

•⁠ ⁠List new properties in the area.

•⁠ ⁠Generate leads for buying, selling, and renting.

•⁠ ⁠Organize property viewings for buyers and renters.

•⁠ ⁠Counsel clients on market conditions, legalities, and pricing.

•⁠ ⁠Handle the sales process from negotiation to closing.
