RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Playakeyroleindrivingturnoverandprofitgrowthbyidentifying,prioritizing,andexecutingphysicalandomni-channelbusinessopportunities(shops,digitalsolutions,lockers,andothernewformats).
- Definethecountryandcity-levelexpansionvisionandtranslateitintoatwo-yeardevelopmentroadmapalignedwithnationalbusinessobjectives.
- Prospect,evaluate,andacquiresitesforopenings,reshaping,orrelocations,ensuringfeasibilitythroughdetailedmarket,geo-marketing,andfinancialanalysis.
- Coordinatecross-functionalprojectteamstoassessprojectfeasibility,obtaininternalauthorizations,andleaddevelopmentfromconceptiontohandovertothestoreteams.
- Manageandoptimizetherealestateportfolio,includingleaseterms,renewals,sale&leaseback,sub-leasing,andsustainabilityimprovements.
- Trackbusinessperformanceandgrowthopportunitiesbymonitoringrealestate,retail,andsportsmarketdynamicswithadata-drivenapproach.
- Collaboratewithinternalstakeholders(leaders,finance,legal,sustainability)andexternalpartners(landlords,government,developers)toensuresmoothprojectdeliveryandcompliance.
- Workalongsideglobalandlocalsustainabilityteamstoimplementenvironmentallyresponsibledevelopmentandrealestatesolutions.
Requirements
KEYREQUIREMENTS:
- FluentinEnglishandBahasaIndonesia(verbalandwritten).
- Minimum5yearsofexperienceinbusinessexpansion,realestate,orretaildevelopment.
- Stronganalytical,problemsolving,andsynthesisskillswiththeabilitytoturninsightsintostrategyandexecution.
- Provenabilityinstakeholdermanagement,leadership,networking,negotiation,andcollaboration.
- Leadership,managementandcollaborationwiththeabilitytoeffectivelymaintainpositiveworkingrelationshipswithinternalandexternalstakeholders.
