Exim Staff

The Exim Staff role supports end-to-end export and import operations, including shipping documentation, customs compliance, shipment monitoring, logistics coordination, and inventory planning. Working onsite, the position collaborates with overseas suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export and import documentation and processes
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
• Prepare and monitor shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other related documents
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and export and import requirements
• Track shipment schedules and resolve logistics issues
• Coordinate with internal sales and finance teams regarding shipment status and billing
• Maintain accurate export and import records and reports
• Support inventory planning and delivery timelines
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in export and import or logistics operations
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and international shipping documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in a trading company or the food industry would be an advantage
