WE ARE HIRING – EXIM SECTION HEAD

Location: Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia

PT Evo Manufacturing Indonesia (EVO Group) is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Exim Section Head to lead and oversee export-import operations, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and support efficient international trade activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise export-import operations, including shipment planning, customs clearance, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade policies, and export-import documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and relevant government agencies.
• Monitor shipment schedules, logistics costs, and delivery performance.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of export-import documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and customs declarations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and optimize logistics costs.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the Exim team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, export-import procedures, and international shipping documentation.
• Experienced in customs clearance processes and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Palembang, South Sumatra.
