This is a full-time, on-site role for an Exim Manager located in Tanjung Priok. The Exim Manager will oversee the coordination and management of export and import operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities include managing logistics, preparing and verifying shipping documentation, liaising with customs and government agencies, and monitoring the efficient movement of goods. The role also involves maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, optimizing costs, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

• Knowledge of export-import regulations, customs clearance, and international trade policies
• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and shipping documentation preparation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in vendor management and ability to negotiate contracts effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems used in export-import and logistics operations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
