Discover the Role

The Executive – Tax Services is responsible for supporting the Tax Assistant Manager and Manager in executing daily deliverables. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tax-related tasks, contributing to the delivery of excellent client service.

The Executive provides operational support across tax projects, assists in compliance activities, and helps maintain high standards of quality and efficiency within the Tax Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Review & Quality Assurance
  • Review and verify work prepared by Junior Consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Tax Calculation Review
  • Assess VAT, WHT, and CIT calculations, including supporting working papers and related tax correspondence.
  • Tax Compliance
  • Review ID Billing, as well as monthly and annual tax returns, using appropriate tax applications.
  • Client Advisory
  • Provide timely and accurate tax advisory services to clients.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure all tax compliance reports are accurate and submitted to the Tax Office within required deadlines.
  • Liaise with Tax Officers to effectively manage and resolve tax-related matters.
  • Stakeholder Coordination

Key Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation or Accounting (minimum requirement).
  • Experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in tax-related roles, preferably within a tax consulting firm.
  • Certification
  • Holder of Brevet A, B, and C certifications (USKP A/B/C certification is an advantage).
  • Technical Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Audit Exposure
  • Experience in handling tax audits is preferred.
  • Working Style
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
