Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce store operations or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG brands is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational tasks such as product uploads, pricing, and promotion setups.
• Ensure campaign and product data accuracy before, during, and after campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign readiness and execution.
• Monitor store quality, listings, and platform hygiene.
• Provide operational reports and updates to support performance tracking.
