Job Description

OBJECTIVE

Administrative authority responsible and accountable for the food production and presentation to the customers. To supervise the daily food production operations in accordance with standards, guidelines, regulations and organizational policies and procedures and ensure that the customer's expectations are consistently exceeded at all times that creates a luxury dining experience with maximum fiscal responsibility.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

Experience

2 years working as an Executive Sous Chef

8 years kitchen experience in total

Education / Training

Formal culinary training

High school / college diploma

Languages

High level of English, written and oral

Technical Qualifications

Computer literate and conversant with Windows, Excel, Microsoft and Realta System.

Familiar with maintenance and operating of kitchen equipment.

Fire prevention and safety knowledge.
