We are looking for a professional and highly organized Executive Secretary to support our Board of Directors. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors.
  • Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other document

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Secretary, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.
