Executive Support: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize engagements to ensure efficient time management.
Travel Coordination: Plan and organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, itineraries, and on-ground logistics.
Communication Management: Act as the executive's gatekeeper by managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses, and prioritizing urgent matters.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
Project Management: Support the executive with special projects, research, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and documents with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Personal Assistance: Run errands, manage household-related tasks, and assist with individual projects as needed.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as an Assistant (either as a team assistant or personal assistant)
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Strong organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
A great degree of flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing business environment
Ability to schedule a significant number of activities, meetings, and events, routinely gather, collate, and classify data
Multi-tasking, the ability to prioritize
Strong sense of accountability, personal initiative, and responsibility
