Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role is primarily based in Kecamatan Serpong Utara but allows for some work-from-home opportunities. The Sales and Marketing Representative will handle daily tasks such as identifying and attracting new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, presenting products or services, conducting sales pitches, and collaborating on marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and hosting training sessions as required.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales with the ability to perform effective pitches and close transactions
• Experience in Sales & Marketing, including knowledge of market trends and strategies
• Capability to deliver training to team members and clients as necessary
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and operate collaboratively with remote teams
• Familiarity with the local market in Kecamatan Serpong Utara is advantageous
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
