Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales role located in Surabaya. The Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and developing client relationships, generating sales, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales presentations, and building strong partnerships with new and existing clients. The Sales professional will also collaborate with the team to deliver client training, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and coworkers
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to deliver exceptional client support
• Skills in training and educating customers on product usage and benefits
• Sales management capabilities, including planning and executing sales strategies
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the Printing or Textile-Garment industry is an advantage
