Responsible for managing all aspects of desert & pastry in ISMAYA Group including the FLOR kitchen and kitchen workers in a manner to provide ultimate customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will oversee the kitchen to ensure consistent and high-quality desert & pastry is prepared, as well as impeccable sanitation and food standards are achieved.
Job Requirements:
Proven working experience as an Executive Pastry Chef
Specialty in pastry is essential
Excellent record of kitchen management
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Result-focus oriented
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Keep up with pastry & desert trends and best practices
BS degree in Culinary Science or related certificate
Well groomed and presentable.
