  • Maximum age 35 years old.
  • At least have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from reputable University (have a Master's degree in Psychology is preferable).
  • At least have an experience for 2 year(s) as Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Assistant Manager or for 5 year(s) in Supervisor level are very required for this position.
  • Have an experience in property developer company will be a plus.
  • Have an experience for sourcing & selection level managerial or above.
  • Have an experience in maintain Manpower Planning.
  • Have a deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST.
  • Have a deep knowledge in HRIS systems usage.
  • Able to make Talent Acquisition annual report and budgeting.
  • Able to work in detail & have an excellent leadership skill.
  • Excellent in personal communication for penetrate passive candidates.
  • Possess strong working motivation and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to be placed at ASG Office
