Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate business opportunities across target industries
Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Conduct in-depth needs analysis with corporate clients and deliver tailored health and life insurance solutions (e.g., group health, hospitalization, critical illness, term life, group life)
Prepare and present compelling proposals to key decision-makers including HR Directors, CFOs, and Procurement teams
Negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing in alignment with company guidelines and client requirements
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure and client onboarding
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate accounts through regular engagement, upselling, and cross-selling
Handle policy renewals proactively to maximize client retention
Serve as a trusted business advisor and primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients
Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, product, operations) to ensure seamless client experience
Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory updates to maintain a competitive edge
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand business reach
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client data, and pipeline in the CRM system
Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts for management
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in the insurance or financial services industry
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales environment
Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers is a strong advantage
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of corporate health and life insurance products, including group health, hospitalization, critical illness, and group life/term life
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Holds or willing to obtain AAJI (Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia) certification
