To support the CEO's effectiveness and strengthen the CEO's personal brand in public and digital spaces, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to CEO (Personal Branding Focus).

Job Description

This role serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing executive-level support while actively contributing to the development and execution of the CEO's personal branding strategy across digital platforms and public engagements.

The ideal candidate combines executive support excellence, strategic thinking, communication skills, and digital awareness, with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, agenda, correspondence, and daily priorities.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, talking points, and strategic summaries.
  • Follow up on CEO decisions and ensure execution alignment across teams.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest discretion.

Personal Branding & Communication
  • Develop and execute the CEO's personal branding strategy aligned with Importa's vision and values.
  • Serve as a thought partner to shape leadership narratives, public positioning, and key messages.
  • Manage or coordinate the CEO's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and relevant platforms.
  • Draft captions, content outlines, and creative briefs for personal branding content.
  • Curate meaningful moments from the CEO's activities into impactful content.
  • Ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and personal image across channels.

Coordination & Representation
  • Accompany the CEO during internal and external engagements when required.
  • Support preparation for public speaking, panel discussions, media appearances, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate communication with media, partners, and communities alongside relevant teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar senior support role.
  • Strong understanding of personal branding, social media, and public communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Strong sense of branding, storytelling, and personal positioning.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • High integrity and strong confidentiality mindset.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives or C-level leaders.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing personal or executive public profiles.
  • Background in branding, digital marketing, PR, or media.
  • Strong awareness of leadership content trends and professional platforms.
  • Ability to create executive-level presentations and strategic documents.
