We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to support our CEO and senior leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and excels in cross-cultural communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Act as a bridge between Mandarin and English/Indonesian, translating documents, emails, and conversations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with high discretion
- Support company events, meetings, and special projects
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field (preferably Business Administration, Communication, or related)
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
