Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who possesses strong analytical skills. This role will primarily involve traditional executive support tasks while also requiring the ability to analyze, synthesize, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Develop and manage complex Google Sheets templates for various purposes, such as data tracking, project management, and reporting.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital documentation systems, ensuring that all relevant documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings, and summarize complex minutes into clear and actionable reports for executive review.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Arrange complex itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executives, optimizing time and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (min. 2 years) as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex data.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and address potential issues before they arise.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
