Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design / related field
• 23 years experience as Art Director / Senior Production Designer (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry)
• Strong sense of beauty aesthetics and visual storytelling
• Fast and detail-oriented in design execution
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;])
• Confident, collaborative, and able to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Discuss with brand team to get the creative briefs
• Pair with Copywriter to develop campaign ideas
• Create key visuals, moodboards, storyline, and look deck
• Present creative ideas confidently to brand teams
• Collaborate with production team to maintain visual quality until project completion
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and aesthetic standards
• Stay updated with beauty and design trends
