About the Role
We're looking for an Events & Partnerships Associate to support in executing theAsianparent Awards, a multi-market programme by theAsianparent that recognises the best mum-and-baby products and services across Southeast Asia.
This role requires strong event coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and experience handling brand partnerships. Background in awards programmes or judging workflows is a significant plus.
Our existing team is spread across SEA, with Jakarta being our centre of operations. You will work directly with our Awards Director and play a key role in keeping the entire awards cycle organised: from coordination with brands and judges, to the smooth execution of a standout awards gala that brands will talk about long after the event.
What You'll Do
Awards Programme Support
- Coordinate brand participation throughout the awards cycle: pipeline of brands, nominations, sampling schedules, finalist/winner updates, etc.
- Track product launches and prepare pitch materials to support sales team
- Assist with early commitments for badges, tables, and sponsorship packages
Judges & Expert Network Support
- Maintain updated records of clinicians, editors, and parent testers
- Support judge onboarding, COI collection, bios, rubrics, and communication
- Help ensure all judging sessions follow standard guidelines and governance
Event Coordination & Execution
- Support the planning and on-ground execution of theAsianparent Awards Gala
- Assist with event organisers, venue coordination, logistics, vendor management, run-of-show preparation, and event documentation
- Ensure all event elements reflect theAsianparent Awards premium positioning and operate smoothly on the day
Operations & Admin Support
- Work closely with sales, creative, and content teams to align timelines and deliverables
- Keep documents, trackers, and playbooks updated throughout the awards cycle
- Assist in preparing post-event reports and feedback summaries
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Experience in event planning, coordination, or brand activations
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple timelines with good attention to detail
Highly Advantageous
- Experience working on an awards programme (nominations, judging, scoring, finalists/winners roll-out, etc.)
- Experience in FMCG, parenting, beauty, lifestyle, or similar categories
- Familiarity with working across regional teams or multiple markets
