Event Specialist

Job Description

• Plan and execute sales-driven events, brand activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and campaign events to support business objectives.
• Develop event concepts and strategies that drive customer engagement, traffic, and sales performance.
• Manage end-to-end event execution, from planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, on-site execution, to post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Retail, and Creative) to ensure event objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with vendors, malls, event organizers, exhibitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor event performance, analyze results (traffic, sales, ROI, and KPIs), and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Ensure event budgets are managed efficiently while maximizing event effectiveness.
• Handle operational issues during events and provide quick problem-solving to ensure successful execution.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum 2 year of experience in event management, preferably handling sales events, exhibitions, roadshows, retail activations, or brand campaigns
• Strong understanding of event planning with a focus on achieving sales and business targets
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging event concepts that support business growth
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate event performance using measurable data (sales, traffic, ROI, conversion, etc.)
• Willing to travel and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
