About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-orientedEvent Specialist Internto join our Marketing Communication team. This role offers hands-on experience in organizing, and executing corporate events that enhance brand visibility.

Criterias:

  1. Educational background: Currently pursuing a degree inCommunications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
  2. Skills:
    1. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    2. Ensures accuracy in planning and execution.
    3. Good verbal and written communication.
    4. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic knowledge of event management tools
  3. Other attributes:
    1. Proactive and Resourceful: Can take initiative and solve problems.
    2. Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
    3. Adaptable: ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  4. Experience (preferred but not mandatory)
    1. Previous involvement in campus events, student organizations, or volunteer work related to event planning.
    2. Basic knowledge of social media management for event promotion.
