Role Description The Event Specialist at Hompimplay is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandung. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and activities that align with Hompimplay's brand and business goals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing timelines and budgets, liaising with vendors and partners, and ensuring all event materials and setups are prepared accurately and on schedule. The Event Specialist will interact directly with visitors and customers during events, provide information about Hompimplay's offerings, and support sales and promotional activities. This role also involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to develop event concepts, track event performance, and continuously improve the overall event experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Event Planning skills, including organizing, scheduling, and coordinating event logistics.
- Strong Event Marketing and Sales abilities to promote events, engage attendees, and support revenue goals.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with guests, partners, and team members.
- Ability to work on-site in Bandung, manage multiple events, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in event management, hospitality, retail, or a related field is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving event operations.
