Job Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events and activities—both internal and external—from concept development to post-event evaluation, to support the company's branding, marketing, and engagement objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning

  • Develop event concepts and themes aligned with company objectives and management direction.
  • Prepare event proposals, budgets, and detailed timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, procurement, GA, HC, etc.) and external partners (vendors, event organizers, MCs, talents, and venues).

Coordination & Execution

  • Ensure all event preparations run smoothly, including venue setup, logistics, permits, promotions, and event rundown.
  • Supervise on-site activities to ensure the event runs according to plan and company standards.
  • Manage vendors and ensure service quality as per agreement.

Administration & Evaluation

  • Prepare event reports and evaluations (post-event reports).
  • Handle event documentation, including photos, videos, and media coverage.
  • Maintain administrative records such as letters, vendor contracts, and payment documentation.

Branding & Promotion Support

  • Support corporate branding and marketing initiatives through event activations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the social media and creative teams for event promotion and content publication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event organizing, brand activation, or marketing communication.
  • Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and budgeting skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work beyond regular hours or travel when required.
