Job Description
Support the Sales & Events team in handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up with
clients.
Coordinate event logistics between clients and internal departments (kitchen, service, operations).
Assist in preparing event orders (BEOs), contracts, and invoices.
Manage the event schedule and ensure all details are accurately communicated to the operations
team.
Attend events when required to oversee setup, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth execution.
Handle administrative tasks such as database updates, documentation, and reporting.
Assist in developing event packages, presentations, and marketing materials.
Maintain professional communication with clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Support on sales activities, including sales calls, client visits, and promotional activities.
Requirements
12 years experience in events, administration, or hospitality.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of event planning and F&B operations is an advantage.
Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and service-minded.
