 About the job Event Planning Specialist

  • Plan and organize corporate events, brand activations, and customer events.
  • Act as an MC/Host for company meetings and events. Manage social media live streaming (planning, hosting, and engagement).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Support Brand & Corporate Culture team in daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (minimum HSK 5 or equivalent) with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Event Planning, Event Management, PR, or related roles.
  • Confident as an MC/Host and enjoys interacting with people.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva/CapCut is a plus.
