Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end events (online, offline, and hybrid) based on client briefs and project objectives.
  • Translate client needs into creative event concepts, timelines, and detailed execution plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, talents, and third parties; manage negotiations, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, rundown execution, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor event performance and provide post-event evaluation and improvement recommendations.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to team workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Event Planner or in a similar role (agency or corporate).
  • Proven experience handling medium to large-scale events, including brand activations, corporate events, or public events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in vendor management, budgeting, and event production processes.
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
  • Familiar with event tools, documentation, and reporting is a plus.
