Role Description

We're looking for a Event & Partnership Executive to join our team in Bandung!

In this role, you'll help plan and execute exciting events from start to finish from brainstorming creative concepts to post-event evaluation. You'll work closely with the manager to manage timelines, budgets, and partnerships with vendors, event organizers, and media partners. You'll also create event materials like themes, rundowns, MC scripts, and visual content to bring each event to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 24 years of experience working in event management or with an event organizer (EO).
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Having an event portfolio is definitely a plus!
• Must be based in Bandung.
