Position Overview
We are looking for a versatile Multimedia Technicst to join our Content Team. You are the eyes of the event. You will act as a Videographer and Editor, delivering high-quality content with extreme speed and a distinct Indonesian local touch. Your core mission is to build the Event Asset Library and provide continuous creative ammunition for our Ads team, Social Media team and PR team.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Production & Fast Turnaround
- Shoot: Manage on-site filming (multi-camera setups, long-duration recording) to capture match highlights, player reactions, and crowd atmosphere.
- Edit: Produce high-quality video content rapidly during the event. Deliverables include: Daily/Weekly Highlights, Match Recaps, City/Player Mini-Documentaries, and Carnival vlogs.
- Local Style: ensure the editing rhythm, BGM choice, and visual style resonate with Indonesian audiences (incorporating local humor/memes where appropriate).
2.Graphic Design & Visual Support
- Pre-Event: Create visual assets such as Key Visual adaptations, countdown posters, and teaser videos based on the specific requirements.
- On-Site Support: Handle ad-hoc graphic design needs during the event (e.g., immediate modification of stream overlays, urgent announcements, result posters).
- The Armory: Organize and archive all raw footage and project files systematically.
- Supply Chain: Provide clean, high-resolution raw materials (clean feed/raw cuts) to the Social Media and User Acquisition teams for their secondary creation/remixing.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 Years Experience: Proven track record in sports, esports, or event production houses.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) AND fast-editing tools like CapCut for quick social cuts.
- Camera Tech: Proficient in operating professional camera gear (Sony A7 series/FX series, etc.), stabilizers (DJI Ronin), and basic audio setup.
Content Sensibility:
- Indonesian Nativeness: Deep understanding of Indonesian video trends.
- Storytelling: Ability to cut a 3-minute recap that tells a coherent and emotional story, not just a montage of kills/goals.
Language:
- Bahasa Indonesia: Native (Crucial for understanding player interviews and on-site banter).
- English: Professional working proficiency.
- Mandarin: A strong plus (Facilitates communication with China HQ production team).
Portfolio Requirement:
- Must attach a portfolio link. We need to see your Showreel, specifically Highlight Cuts and Motion Graphics work.
