About the role
You will be the primary point of contact for our charity clients in Singapore, owning the end-to-end delivery of fundraising events on the Togoparts platform. You report directly to the Events Director
This is a fully remote position based in Indonesia. You will be working closely with Singapore-based clients, so native-level English fluency is essential.
What you will do
- Serve as the main client contact across all stages of the fundraising event lifecycle: pre-event planning, active campaign, and post-event wrap-up.
- Work with clients to define event objectives, participant engagement mechanics, communications cadence, and fundraising targets.
- Manage event operations end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, P&L tracking, and participant communications.
- Work with a team of strategists, marketers, developers and designers to deliver virtual sports fundraiser events.
- Coordinate all event merchandise, including custom jerseys, t-shirts, medals, and other branded items, from design brief through to delivery. Maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Brief and coordinate with KOL and influencer partners to drive event awareness and participant sign-ups.
- Manage BTL and ATL marketing execution together with sponsors and vendors, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Maintain clear daily communication with internal teams, flagging blockers early and keeping all stakeholders on track.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 6 years of experience in event management, account management, or client servicing, ideally in a B2B or agency context.
- Native-level written and spoken English. You will be managing relationships with Singapore-based charity clients directly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to timelines and budgets.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills. You can represent Togoparts professionally and clearly in client-facing settings.
- Experienced with AI Automation Tools such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT. Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) as your primary toolset.
- Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote setup. You manage your own time well without needing close supervision.
- Experience with charities, non-profits, or fundraising campaigns is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- A good degree in Business and major in Events Management and/or Marketing is preferred.
- Individuals with strong copywriting and presentation skills will have an advantage.
- Self-starter, problem solver, energetic, creative, team player and resourceful.
- Excellent knowledge and participation of social media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, forums)
- Ideally, at least 2 years of relevant experience in any Marketing disciplines (brand, products, communication, etc).
Working arrangements
1. Full-Time, Permanent, Fully remote position based in Indonesia, working with an International Team
2. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm Singapore time (SGT).
3. Reports to the Events Director at Togoparts HQ, Singapore.
