We're looking for a high-performing Event Manager to drive our national dan international IP Festivals, Coinfest Asia and Ageless Festival. You will be the brain and the hands of the events, that's why we need someone who eager to learn, able to adapt in changes and lead the team through the process.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events (from concept to post-event evaluation).
- Develop strategic event proposals, including creative direction, budgeting, and production planning.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Partnerships to align event strategies with business goals.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Oversee production and operational processes, including venue, logistics, and on-site management.
- Supervise junior team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Track KPIs, collect post-event insights, and propose improvements for future events.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate innovation into all event experiences.
Qualifications
- 36 years of proven experience in event management, with a strong focus on IP-based events and brand-owned productions rather than client-servicing roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative problem-solver, proactive, and adaptable in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to lead a team and manage external vendors.
- Passion for innovation and familiarity with crypto, web3, and lifestyle event trends is a plus.
Working Arrangement
Hybrid: Monday (WFH), Tuesday - Friday (WFO)
Office: Blok M (10 minutes walk from MRT)
