Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project duration
- Understand client objectives and ensure all deliverables align with expectations
Project Management & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end BTL activation and event campaigns
- Develop detailed timelines, budgets, and execution plans
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and ensure quality control
Creative Development Support
- Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and develop engaging event concepts
- Ensure creative solutions meet client requirements and brand guidelines
On-Ground Activation
- Supervise event setup, implementation, and post-event dismantle
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations during events
Reporting & Post-Event Analysis
- Prepare event reports, including ROI, performance metrics, and learnings
- Present insights and recommendations for future improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL marketing, event activation, or experiential marketing
- Proven track record of managing brand activation campaigns and large-scale events
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent client servicing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Available to join immediately and commit to a 1-month freelance project
