Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of bancassurance events and offline activations, including customer campaigns, bank partner engagement, agent activities, internal programs, and strategic launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and bancassurance growth targets.
- Develop annual and quarterly event roadmaps, including event concepts, timelines, resource planning, and budget forecasting in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Bancassurance stakeholders.
- Own the event budget management lifecycle, from planning, submission, approval, utilization, to post-event reconciliation-ensuring compliance with internal policies, cost efficiency, and optimal ROI.
- Act as the primary liaison with bank partners, ensuring event plans align with bank regulations, branding guidelines, approval processes, and service level agreements.
- Orchestrate cross-functional coordination with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sales, Operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and risk mitigation.
- Lead vendor and agency management, including briefing, negotiation, contract management, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of vendor quality and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure all events meet regulatory, compliance, and brand governance standards, especially in relation to bancassurance rules, OJK guidelines, and partner bank requirements.
- Oversee on-site and technical event operations, including event flow, technical production, branding, logistics, and participant experience, ensuring high-quality delivery and issue resolution in real time.
- Drive post-event evaluation and performance analysis, including participant engagement, APE contribution, cost per APE, and qualitative feedback to support continuous improvement and business insights.
- Build and develop the event management team, including capability development, workload allocation, coaching, and performance management to support long-term departmental excellence
