This is a full time, on site role for an Event Executive based in Pererenan, Badung. At Noema, events are created with intention and a strong sense of experience. From intimate gatherings to larger celebrations, the Event Executive will lead the planning and execution of events across the resort, ensuring every detail feels seamless, personal, and thoughtfully delivered.

The role involves working closely with clients, creative partners, and internal teams to bring concepts to life, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate vendors, oversee setups, and navigate fast moving moments with calm and care. Beyond logistics, this role is about creating experiences that feel effortless, memorable, and aligned with the spirit of Noema.

• Experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality

• Strong communication skills and confidence working across clients, vendors, and teams

• The ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple moving parts with ease

• A calm and solution focused approach in fast paced environments

• An eye for details and guest experience

• Familiarity with event planning tools or hospitality systems is a plus

• A background in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields is advantageous but not essential
