Job Descriptions
1. Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of company eventsfrom brand activations, exhibitions, community gatherings, to large-scale promotional events.
2. Develop event strategies aligned with brand goals, customer journey, and marketing campaigns.
3. Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, communities, agencies, creators, and media.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations) to ensure seamless event execution and measurable impact.
5. Oversee event budgeting, vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.
6. Create event timelines, project plans, and post-event reports, including ROI and performance metrics.
7. Ensure brand consistency across all event materials, booth designs, and on-ground activations.
8. Manage external stakeholders such as event organizers, KOL agencies, production houses, and venue partners.
9. Explore and secure sponsorship or partnership opportunities to expand reach and improve event value.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, event innovations, and partnership opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related fields.
2. 35 years of experience in event management, partnership development, or activation roles (FMCG, retail, or startup experience is a plus).
3. Proven ability to lead medium to large-scale events from concept to execution.
4. Strong partnership-building skills with experience managing collaboration pipelines.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and timeline management.
7. Experience in budgeting, vendor coordination, and performance evaluation.
8. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, project management tools (Notion/Trello/Asana), and event management platforms.
