Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Electric Vehicle (EV) Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to support the operations of a creative city in Bali, Indonesia. The EV Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and repairing the company's EV vehicles and equipment. Primary duties include preventative maintenance, cost control, staff training, and ensuring safety and efficiency.

The EV Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will lead mechanics, implement maintenance programs, manage budgets, and balance vehicle uptime with expenses.

Supervision & Leadership:

• Plan fleets and drivers for regular, on-call, and vendor schedules to meet targets
• Create reports on transportation and fleet maintenance
• Control mechanic productivity and monitor drivers during hauling

Maintenance Planning:

• Check fleet readiness with daily inspections and spare parts availability
• Perform maintenance activities, including spare parts control and vehicle restoration
• Estimate vehicle availability based on unfinished and ready units

Cost & Inventory Management:

• Forecast annual budget costs
• Control and report monthly expenses
• Analyze maintenance costs and manage spare parts inventory
• Identify resource needs
