Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our EV bus fleet as EV Bus Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Electric Vehicle (EV) buses.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on high-voltage battery systems, electric motors, drivetrain systems, and associated components.
• Analyze technical issues and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Prepare maintenance reports and service documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in: Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering
• With minimum 2 years of experience in EV bus maintenance, electric vehicles.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical systems, High Voltage (HV) Battery Systems, Electric Motors & Drivetrain Systems, Battery Thermal Management Systems, Electrical Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for working with high-voltage systems.
