Analyze user needs and finding the best solutions to meet the customers requirements.
Responsible on implementation Data Management solution

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in ETL development or data engineering.
Experience with enterprise ETL tools (IBM DataStage preferred).
Advanced SQL skills on Oracle, DB2, Teradata, or similar databases.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
Experience with performance tuning, large data volumes, and complex transformations.
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux and batch scheduling.
Experience supporting production environments and performing RCA.
Experience working as a technical lead in ETL projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients and stakeholders.
ETL / Cloud / Database certifications are a plus.
