Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, build, and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data pipelines
- Perform data integration across multiple systems
- Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, error handling, and continuous improvement of data management processes
- Develop and maintain database solutions, including:
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Designing staging tables, indexes, and partitions
- Monitoring query performance and tuning for efficiency
Minimum Job Requirements
Must Have
- Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
- Experience with SSRS and SSIS
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Technical fields, or related education
Experience
- 34 years of experience as an ETL Developer
Technical & Soft Skills
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and SQL Server tools
- Experience in database performance, development, and maintenance
- In-depth understanding of database security, backup & recovery, and performance monitoring
- Working knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure
- Prior experience with cloud services (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle incident management and think creatively
- Detail-oriented, proactive, fast learner, and able to work independently
- Team player with a pleasant personality and able to work at all levels
