Act as a gatekeeper and uphold all Ethic & Integrity related policies, including but not limited to conflict of interest, anti-fraud, anti-corruption & bribery, employee negligence & confidentiality
Promote awareness amongst stakeholders on the company values, standards, policies and procedures related to ethics
Identify Ethics & Integrity risks and vulnerability in policies, procedures and systems
Be the subject-matter expert on company policies and able to apply the principles to cases encountered in the role
Liaise with regional team to localize and implement Ethics & Integrity policies, that is aligned with local laws and regulations
Conduct investigation for conflict of interest, cases of unethical behaviour, policies violation and recommend appropriate action
Assess annual & ad-hoc conflict of interest cases between employees & third-party
Manage gift & entertainment declaration and the declared goods
Prepare periodic report for management for ethics-related cases
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in People Policies / Industrial Relation / Employee Relation / Compliance
Bachelor&aposs degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken & written
Knowledge of local Indonesia labor law and other related government policies
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Critical thinking, able to derive conclusions from information given
Strong problem solving skills & investigation skills
