Estimator Assistant Manager

Job Description :

• Conduct preliminary and detailed cost estimations for construction projects.
• Analyze working drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents to develop accurate cost calculations.
• Compare and evaluate price proposals from contractors and vendors.
• Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the owner's perspective.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams for cost validation.
• Ensure that all cost estimates comply with the company's budgeting standards and policies.
• Provide cost analysis reports and recommendations to management.

Requirement :

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Interior Design or Architecture
• Work Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in retail store construction, specifically in the role of Interior Designer
• Language: Indonesian and English
