Role Description The Estimator and Application Engineer Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kecamatan Karawaci. In this role, the team member prepares cost estimates and technical proposals for ventilation systems, analyzes project specifications, and selects appropriate products and solutions based on client requirements. Daily activities include reviewing drawings and technical documents, performing basic calculations, and coordinating with the sales and engineering teams to ensure accurate and competitive quotations. The role also involves providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders, assisting with application design, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry standards. The Estimator and Application Engineer Staff is expected to document work clearly, adhere to company procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of estimation and application processes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in mechanical or electrical engineering, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of HVAC or ventilation systems design, application engineering, and basic performance calculations.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and basic engineering or design software.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, engineering, and project teams.
• Detail-oriented approach to estimation, documentation, and data analysis, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in estimation, technical support, or application engineering for building services or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kecamatan Karawaci and to learn company products, standards, and procedures.
