The professional will lead high-impact workstreams in a fast-paced environment, delivering tangible results and strategic value. The role involves constant collaboration with cross-functional and international teams, as well as direct interaction with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.
What will your day-to-day be like
- Develop and maintain performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor results and operational efficiency
- Translate market trends into actionable insights, driving the adoption of new ways of working and enhancing strategic outcomes
- Participate in executive meetings, presenting results, analyses, and improvement plans
- Identify and solve complex problems, proposing sustainable process and operational improvements
- Structure and analyze performance data in a scalable and accessible manner, ensuring effective use by internal and external partners
- Onboard and manage new partners, ensuring alignment with operational needs
- Apply market best practices to enhance negotiation strategies and business performance
- Support the design and implementation of new operational processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations and performance reports, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
What you need to take on the challenge:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Advanced English (spoken, written, and reading fluency is mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving skills are the most critical requirement the ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive effective outcomes
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to inform decisions
- Prior experience in loan collections, particularly with high-volume, low-ticket, unsecured products, is a plus but not a requirement
- Hands-on, proactive profile with a strategic mindset and a strong execution focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
